  1. When I was on active duty I experienced an incident with what we then called NIS. This undercover agent would coerce young men into smoking marijuana then of course these men would suffer NJP. He spent more time making naive men trip then actually doing crime prevention. I won’t discuss what I did once I discovered the undercover agents Intent and habits. Your article reminded of that incident that took place over 30 years ago.
