I think the reason why there are more mass shootings in the usa than here in Europe, is that the USA is the center of the empire. The empire is based on militarism and violence, so they need to drench culture in violence (movies, games, propaganda, school live shooter drills) in order to perpetuate the empire.
If you constantly get live shooter drills as a kid, you must think you are predestined to shoot. Read the book “Redirect” by Timothy D Wilson. A strong ban of something, creates the narrative it must be very desirable. Why else would they ban it so strongly? Same for a strong reward: You must dislike it very much. Why otherwise would the strong reward be there?
