Obama’s Supreme Court Nominee Merrick Garland “held a top-ranking post in the Justice Department when he was dispatched to Oklahoma City the day after the bombing at the federal courthouse to supervise the investigation. The case made his reputation. He oversaw the convictions of Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols, and later supervised the investigation into Unabomber Ted Kaczynski.” http://www.wsbradio.com/ap/ap/top-news/obama-ive-made-my-decision-on-supreme-court-nomine/nqmRb/
Garland’s background is very interesting in that both McVeigh and Kaczynski have mysterious histories with the Deep State and a good deal of effort was put forth by the government to keep these facts in the shadows. Ted Kaczynski, for example, was the subject of government psychological experiments (https://archive.org/details/dkazinmkult and http://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2000/06/harvard-and-the-making-of-the-unabomber/378239/ and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henry_Murray#Harvard_human_experiments), and McVeigh revealed two years before the OKC bombing that he had been tapped for undercover work with special forces (http://www.nytimes.com/1998/07/01/us/excerpts-from-timothy-mcveigh-letter.html).
There are also many questions about the government’s conduct in the McVeigh trial. For example, eyewitnesses saw a passenger in McVeigh’s vehicle shortly before the bombs went off and there are credible allegations that this passenger was an FBI operative, though predictably, these facts were not vetted at the trial. In addition, Utah attorney Jesse Trentadue, claims that in a case of mistaken identity, his brother Kenneth was suspected of being that passenger and was murdered in government custody. Here’s more on that compelling story: http://www.sltrib.com/news/1812657-155/fbi-trentadue-bombing-waddoups-federal-report and http://www.truthinjustice.org/trentadue.htm.
Supreme Court Nominee Garland is described as liberal-leaning except when it comes to criminal justice and national security…I read that as “no respect for property rights, indifferent toward the Bill of Rights and okay with undeclared wars.” Given his involvement in two highly suspect cases that seemed to require some degree of government cover-up, I don’t think we can count on this nominee to rise above politics and strictly interpret the Constitution. Given the policies his activism will likely serve, I would not like to see him confirmed, but given his history, he could be a shoo-in…then again, the way the psyops are coming fast and furious these days, he could be a decoy…we shall see!

Everything about the McVeigh and Kaczynski trials were rotten from the start.
don’t you agree Garland’s involvement in both of those cases is a red flag?
Yeah it’s definitely strange, and I wouldn’t be surprised if nobody investigates him at all.
Really?
This is our nominee?
Someone who loves our full reaction to 9/11 including metadata collection and loves to violate the Bill of Rights.
No surprises here.
Won’t be surprised to hear Trump give and affirmative on this one.
Won’t be surprised if GOP caves when Obama threatens some pet legislation project of theirs.
They’ll make it look like caving but he seems like their kinda guy…
Read Cashill and Sanders book “First Strike, TWA flight 800 and the attack on America” and you’ll believe the government under Clinton was capable of (and by 1996 experienced in) remarkable cover-ups. God help us if we get another president named Clinton!
And is anyone investigating the death of Scalia?
This guy is certainly proven himself as a safe pair of hands and with his appointment, there’s no chance of a flicker of justice igniting where it counts.
But let’s face it, “government by consent” died in 1860-61 when the tyrant, Lincoln, conscripted an army and forced independent states to submit to rule by the Federal government. The fact that most people alive today didnât see the obituary doesn’t make it any less so but does make it worse as they labour under the illusion of freedom and justice.
Hopefully, Garland will be appointed and help impose greater tyranny so that we have no choice but to revolt and achieve real change.
(I’ll just add that even if Lincoln’s war on independent states had failed, the fact that he was able to even start it was proof that the American Experiment had already failed. Whatever came next would either have been more failure or a new beginning. I do not apologise for these harsh words đ )
What effect will trump’s 50% China tariff, and 35% Mexico tariff have upon the people of the USA? Will it follow the disastrous course of all other tariffs, or will it be the magical exception in world history?
