We are happy to report that Brad is back and is keeping the Drivetime News Blast going both in the free feed and on his premium feeds at patreon and locals. Also in the free feed, Monica is putting out Deep Dives, Buddy Dives (swapcasts with other podcasters and guest appearances on other shows), and the Divemaster Series of interviews focusing on principled thought leaders and subject matter experts in areas of interest to the Propaganda Report community.

We love our meet-ups and will attend them whenever we can, and we’re not the only ones with that idea! Greg Carlwood of The Higherside Chats has set up a great meet-up platform and has invited us and our listeners as well as other like-minded podcasters and their audiences to join forces and attend any and all meet-ups in their areas. We’re all about community & Greg is too–it’s so important and is one of our greatest hopes, so we will try to keep listeners informed. If you want to check out THC’s upcoming meet-ups, go here. Community Creations!
Wild Bill & Ash do it again! They made some incredible-looking grilling cheese and you can too! Here’s an overview of the step-by-step, a link for more detail & awesome pictures to guide you along the way!! How cool!!!!!!
“We pull raw a2 cream from a gallon of milk, which is added back to the gallon used to make the cheese
- bring to 90 deg to get some curdle action
- stir it up, this is when you’d add the rennet of your choosing
- let sit for an hour or until you can get a firm cut on the curd, we did it 3 times
- once it was in cubes it was time to heat back up while stiring
- get all the curds into a strainer and let the whey drain off
- save some of your whey, tons of uses for it
- let the curds knit together
- flipping it in the strainer helps
- cut into strips and back into some hot whey they go
- removed after 15 min
- cooling before brining
- chill in the saltiness for 2-3 hours, then refrigerate til you want some
