China’s is excluded from the MRNA genocide for two reasons:
1) The Chinese military will eventually serve as the world military. After the populations are reduced we’ll see these troops move in to round up the survivors and squash the resistance.
2) The culture is already adapted to NWO. I believe this was discussed in a WEF document.
