I am afraid must disagree with Justice Thomas, as I frequently do; by his standard, my black ass should not be allowed to own a gun. The genesis of gun control in this country was to keep them out of the hands of blacks. Gun – control laws are inherently racist, and I would expect Justice Thomas, of all people, to understand that:-(
