Conversations with some of my conservative coworkers revealed that Trump playing the victim has brought back some supporters who ditched him for DeSantis, but if Trump defeats DeSantis in the primary – I think it would have more to do with the appearance that DeSantis is attempting to profit off of his presidential bid by writing a book; however, I do believe if Trump is nominated – Biden will beat him again in the general election.
