I believe the guy that was hard to understand towards the beginning of the show was saying that he wanted to use blockchain to make it impossible for a corporation, or a government to censor something that has been published; such technologies could be used to a libertarian’s advantage, but I find it hard to believe that there is a technology that the National Security Agency – or Government Communications Headquarters cannot figure out. I am skeptical of Bitcoin, and other cryptocurrencies for that matter for the same reason as above 🙁
